Ephesians 4:14-15 [NASB], As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; 15 but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ… 

1.  Plan

Ephesians 2:10 [NASB], For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

2.  Purpose

1 Corinthians 3:9-11 [NASB], For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building. 10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building on it. But each man must be careful how he builds on it. 11 For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

3.  Process

1 Corinthians 15:58 [NASB], Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.

1 Samuel 16:1-4 [NASB], Fill your horn with oil and go; I will send you to Jesse the Bethlehemite, for I have selected a king for Myself among his sons.” 2 But Samuel said, “How can I go? Romans 1:16 [NASB], For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
