Thank You From All Of Us - Pastor Appreciation

At the core of true leadership is the idea that high value is placed on EMPOWERING PEOPLE TO BECOME ALL THAT GOD HAS DESTINED THEM TO BECOME.

Affirm: VALIDATE, CONFIRM or to state positively, to show a strong belief in or dedication to.

Validate: To recognize, establish, or illustrate the worthiness or legitimacy of.

Affirmation is one of the most powerful aspects of the human experience.

1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 NLT Dear brothers and sisters, honor those who are your leaders in the Lord’s work. They work hard among you and give you spiritual guidance. 13 Show them great respect and wholehearted love because of their work. And live peacefully with each other.

Hebrews 13: 17 NLT Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit.

2 Timothy 4:2-3 NLT Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching. For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths.

Jeremiah 3:15 NLT And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will guide you with knowledge and understanding.

1 Timothy 5:17 ESV Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching.

Isaiah 38:20 ESV The Lord will save me, and we will play my music on stringed instruments all the days of our lives, at the house of the Lord.
