Celebrating 20 Years

Joshua 4:5-6 And Joshua said to them: Cross over before the ark of the Lord your God into the midst of the Jordan, and each one of you take up a stone on his shoulder, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, that this may be a sign among you when your children ask in time to come, saying, What do these stones mean to you? Then you shall answer them that the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord; when it crossed over the Jordan And these stones will be a memorial to the children of Israel forever.

Psalm 118:23, 24 NLT “This is the Lord’s doing and it is wonderful to see.  This is the day the Lord has made.  We will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Psalm 46:10b KJV – “I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth”

Isaiah 35:1b NKJV – “the desert shall rejoice and blossom like the rose”.

I Corinthians 3:5-11 NLT  5After all, who is Apollos? Who is Paul? We are only God’s servants through whom you believed the Good News. Each of us did the work the Lord gave us. 6 I planted the seed in your hearts, and Apollos watered it, but it was God who made it grow. 7 It’s not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What’s important is that God makes the seed grow. 8 The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work. 9 For we are both God’s workers. And you are God’s field. You are God’s building. 10 Because of God’s grace to me, I have laid the foundation like an expert builder. Now others are building on it. But whoever is building on this foundation must be very careful. 11 For no one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have — Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 4:16 (NLT)  He makes the whole body fit together perfectly.  As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.

Hebrews 6:19 (NKJV) This hope we have as an anchor of the soul…

Matthew 28:19-20 (NLT) Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. 20 Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.

“We are here to reach people with the life giving message of Jesus — join us as we Experience God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference.”

We reaffirm our commitment to Holy Spirit having His way,   to freedom in our worship, and to declaring the Word of God in our region.  Holy Spirit, You are always welcome in this place and in our lives.  We are committed to building on You, Jesus, our sure foundation.  And God, we decree from Your Word, that the desert will rejoice and blossom like the rose, and You will be exalted among the heathen.   You will be exalted in the earth.  This is the Lord’s doing.
