Overcomers, Part 4
Revelation 12:10-11 [NIV] "For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. 11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony..."
God has already "positioned" every one of us to live an overcoming life.
2 Corinthians 2:11 [NKJV] "lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are ignorant of his devices."

GUILT!
“Guilt can only gain access into our lives through one way: Accusation.”
Accusation means; "to charge [blame someone] with wrongdoing or to find fault for the purpose of imputing guilt."
Devil means, "false accuser, slanderer."
Accuser of the Brethren
John 3:18 [NIV] "Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned [guilty] already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."
Three ways we will have to contend with the Accuser of the Brethren:
1. Being Accused
Revelation 12:11 [NIV] "For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night..."
Zechariah 3:1-4 [AMP] "Then the guiding angel showed me Joshua the high priest [representing disobedient, sinful Israel] standing before the Angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at Joshua's right hand to be his adversary and to accuse him."
V2 – And the Lord said to Satan, "The Lord rebuke you, Satan! Even the Lord, who [now and ever] has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is this not a log snatched and rescued from the fire?" 3 Now Joshua was clothed with filthy (nauseatingly vile) garments and was standing before the Angel [of the Lord].
Joshua means; "God is my salvation."
1 John 2:1 [NLT] "My dear children, I am writing this to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate who pleads our case before the Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who is truly righteous."
V4 – He spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, "Remove the filthy garments from him." And He said to Joshua, "See, I have caused your wickedness to be taken away from you, and I will clothe and beautify you with rich robes [of forgiveness]."
DIVINE EXCHANGED
Colossians 2:13-15 [NLT] "Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. 14 He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. 15 In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross."
2. Accusing Ourselves
"If the Devil can't get God to condemn us, then he will try his best to get us to condemn ourselves through self-inflicted guilt."
3. Accusing One Another
"I'm not sure if we are ever more like the Enemy then when we are Critical of our brothers and sisters in Lord."
Ephesians 2:6 "we are seated with Christ in heavenly places."
God has a solution for accusation: Prayer!
